This Privacy Policy explains how Aerospace Intelligence Cyber Ltd (“AIC”) handles personal information collected through the NERVE website and through enquiries made to us. It does not describe the handling of source material inside a NERVE deployment: that material is controlled by the deploying organisation under its own policies and its agreement with AIC.
Information We Collect
Through this website we collect only the information you choose to send us: your name, work email address, organisation and the details of your enquiry. We also collect limited technical information such as browser type and IP address, and aggregate usage information about which pages are viewed.
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations and evaluations, send release and product updates where you have asked for them, and monitor the security and performance of this website. We do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who host this website and deliver our email, under confidentiality obligations, or where we are required to disclose it by law. We do not share enquiry details with other customers or prospects.
Data Security
We use recognised safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict access to enquiry records to the staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security. Please do not send classified, protectively marked or operationally sensitive material through this website. We will arrange an appropriate channel instead.

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to progress the discussion and to meet our own record-keeping obligations, and then delete them. Where an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, retention follows the terms of the resulting agreement.

AIC is based in the United Kingdom and enquiry information is processed here. Where a service provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. Source material inside a NERVE deployment is not transferred by AIC. Its location is determined by the deployment profile your organisation chooses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
