Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the NERVE website operated by Aerospace Intelligence Cyber Ltd (“AIC”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to be bound by them. Use of the NERVE application itself is governed by the separate licence and deployment agreement executed with your organisation, which takes precedence over these Terms.
Description of Service
NERVE is an Intelligence Data Fabric. It acquires approved source material, preserves each original byte-for-byte, produces a normalised canonical record alongside it, and makes the result searchable with the provenance chain intact. It is licensed to government departments, law enforcement agencies and private intelligence organisations, and is deployed on hardware you own, in private infrastructure you operate, or in an AIC-operated UK cloud environment. This website describes the product; it does not itself provide the Service.
Access and Accounts
Access to a NERVE deployment is provisioned by your own administrators under your organisation’s agreement with AIC. There is no public self-service sign-up. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through this website and for the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you for a deployment.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or any NERVE deployment for unlawful purposes; to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or gain unauthorised access to the software; to submit material you have no right to share; or to interfere with normal operation. Use of NERVE does not confer any legal collection, processing or disclosure power on your organisation. Lawful authority for the sources you acquire and retain remains yours to establish and maintain.
Your Data and Deployment
Your organisation retains ownership and control of the original material, canonical records and derived data held in its NERVE deployment. For local and private deployments, that material remains in your environment and AIC has no routine access to it. Where AIC operates a UK cloud environment on your behalf, access, handling rules and custody arrangements are set out in your deployment agreement. Connections to third-party feeds, enrichment services and model endpoints are your decision, and you are responsible for holding the necessary rights and subscriptions.
Licensing and Fees
NERVE is licensed commercially. Licence scope, term, fees, support hours and renewal are agreed in writing with your organisation before deployment, and are not purchased through this website. This website does not publish a list price. Figures are confirmed in a written quotation that follows your evaluation.
Termination
We may withdraw access to this website at any time. Termination of a NERVE licence follows the notice, data-return and decommissioning provisions of your deployment agreement. Because your originals, canonical records and audit history are held in your own environment for local and private deployments, termination does not remove your access to material you already hold.
Disclaimers
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. Statements about capability are supported by recorded application, database, browser and document-generation checks, which are available on request. Operational release acceptance, accreditation and security approval for a specific deployment are assessed separately with your organisation. A recorded hash proves byte identity, not the truth of the content it covers. A matching identifier is not proof of the same person, and an observation of a location is not proof of presence. NERVE supports analytical judgement; it does not make or validate assessments, and it does not remove the responsibility of a named human decision maker.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of a NERVE deployment is governed exclusively by the limitation and indemnity provisions of your deployment agreement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes to a licence or deployment agreement are made only in writing between AIC and your organisation.
